All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, please contact us within 12 hours.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Items showing signs of wear or missing tags will not be accepted for return.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-7 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

Exchanges:

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Shipping Costs:

  • As we offer free shipping on all items with no minimums, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the unworn, undamaged item with all tags attached, we will issue a full refund promptly.
  • To ensure a smooth return process and for the security of both our customers and our business, we kindly request that you obtain the tracking information for your return package.
